What happens to the details you send us.

We collect only what we need to reply to your enquiry, and we use it only for that.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, organisation or school name, what you would like to explore, and any message you choose to add. Please leave out confidential business information and student names.

How we use it

Your details are sent to November One by email so we can respond to you. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Novi, the chat assistant

Novi answers from a fixed set of approved information. Questions are processed to find an answer and are not stored with any personal details. Please don’t share personal or confidential information in the chat.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses analytics to understand which pages are useful, and a small cookie to remember which design option you are viewing.
