Accessibility statement

This site is built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Everyone should be able to find out what November One offers and get in touch, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What we do

  • Pages use meaningful headings, landmarks and a skip link to the main content.
  • Everything works with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
  • Text and controls meet WCAG contrast requirements in all five design options.
  • Pages reflow at 320 pixels wide and text can be enlarged to 200 percent.
  • Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Form fields have visible labels, and errors explain how to fix them.
  • Novi, the chat assistant, can be opened, used and closed by keyboard, and new messages are announced to screen readers.

Known limitations

The design option picker at the bottom of the screen is a temporary review tool. It is keyboard accessible, and it will be removed once a design is chosen. The StrategyK logo in the footer is loaded from another site and depends on that site being available.

Report a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, email start@novemberone.com.au with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days and will provide the information in another format if you need it.
